Webstudio integration

Webstudio integration, in Ariada channel pack 15, exposes this public implementation purpose: This is a production thin integration over @ariada-org/cli for a Webstudio static export. It is intentionally local and deterministic: the adapter finds exported .html pages, sorts them by relative path, invokes one Ariada CLI scan, and maps the JSON output to a severity gate. It does not contain scanner rules.
