Carrd integration

Carrd integration, in Ariada channel pack 15, exposes this public implementation purpose: Thin S142 adapter over @ariada-org/cli. It scans one Carrd published URL and maps the CLI JSON result to a typed result with a severity-based CI gate. Carrd sites are normally one page, so the boundary is explicitly published-site/page.
