Notion integration

Notion integration, in Ariada channel pack 17, exposes this public implementation purpose: Self-contained Notion sink for Ariada CLI JSON. It creates one page per finding in a designated database and updates an existing page when its SHA-256 fingerprint (ruleId, page URL, selector, HTML) matches a prior scan. It never runs the scanner.
